Just 16 miles from downtown Chicago, Ateres Ayala is the former site of a warehouse located in the Village of Skokie, “one of America’s top 100 best places to live” according to Livibility.com. “We were tasked with creating an elevated, comfortable event space designed to serve the entire community,” explained Michael Lebovics, the co-founder and vice president of design at ML Group Design + Development in Skokie. “This included converting the building into a premier location through a turnkey approach that covered the venue’s architecture, interior design, and construction.”

Since Ateres Ayala opened a little more than a year ago, thousands of guests have enjoyed the banquet hall’s numerous amenities offering everything from the menus prepared by Chicago’s finest chefs to the beautifully-designed, multi-purpose rooms and world-class catering services.
